Members: - more than 500 members Sports facilities: - one artificial grass hockey pitch (in cooperation with the city of Mönchengladbach) - clubhouse (owned by RSV) - 4 tennis courts (owned by RSV) - use of 4 sport halls (owned by the city of Mönchengladbach) Teams: - Men's 1^st Second Division) - Ladies' 1^st (5^th Division“) - 20 youth teams

Disadvantage of RSV:	no own hockey sport hall •smaller club •

Recruiting new members - changes in school structure - young people lack interest in sports - low motivation with regard to sport Finding sponsors - many small sponsors - long-term cooperation with sponsors - sponsoring for specific purpose (e. g. new covering for artificial grass pitch) Mobilising volunteers - motivation parents to support the club Attracting new sports groups - students hockey - mass sports - other sports

Measures for achieving these targets
- Finding new sponsors - providing advertising space - Cooperation - with other sports clubs - with schools - with city / lead sponsor /RSV => hockey sports hall - Campaigns - event with sponsors - campaign for a new artificial grass covering (sale for single pieces) - Recruiting new member - nursery school - schools / all-day schools - hockey festival - participation in community events
